Note: Sally Ann Knapp should not be confused with Minnie Agnes Knapp, who has been cited by many researchers as a daughter of William Henry and Hannah Barr-Knapp. Minnie Agnes Webber-Knapp (1874-1901) was the first wife of Edward Knapp, a son of Miles Knapp. Minnie Webber-Knapp is buried in Prairie Union Cemetery, near Shubert, Nebraska.
